The Early Learning Program is a fully comprehensive program designed to equip students with 21st Century Learning Skills. The program offers experiences that enhance and enrich each child’s cognitive, language, social, emotional, physical, and creative development. The curriculum is designed to create a learning environment that encourages critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, global awareness, and social responsibility.
The developmentally designed curriculum incorporates thematic based units aimed at meeting the diverse needs of all students. The cross-curricular collaboration allows literacy skills to be woven throughout the various content areas. Students learn valuable reading, writing, and listening skills in conjunction with nurturing a life-long love for reading and writing.
In mathematics, students engage in interactive math programs that promote problem-solving and mathematical reasoning. Through guided instruction, we aim to develop a student with a substantial understanding of number sense. We teach multiple strategies to problem solve and explain mathematical thinking and reasoning.
The history of Nigeria is emphasized in all aspects of the curriculum. Through the integration of arts, cultural studies, music and language programs, students develop a strong sense of self-value and cultural and national pride
